Patented Triple Tap and Quick-Cam gaskets accommodate up to 0.9 in of OD variance per sleeve — covering pit cast tolerances, AC class differences, and DIP / steel discrepancies in one fitting.
Type 304 stainless steel as standard across the line. Type 316 stainless available on request for sewer service or aggressive soil conditions. No carbon steel substrate vulnerable to soil corrosion.
NBR gaskets certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 for drinking water service. EPDM gasket option available for service line, hydrant, and chloramine-resistant applications.

Universal Transition Coupling 2 – 24 in
Stainless steel transition coupling with patented extended-range gasket. Joins different OD pipe materials — ductile iron, cast iron, PVC, AC, steel — in a single fitting. Standard and long-body versions; covers a 0.9 to 2.1 in OD range per size depending on configuration.
Stainless Hot Tap Sleeve 4 – 48 in
Wide-range stainless tapping sleeve for hot taps under pressure. Accepts industry-standard tapping valves via MSS SP-60 recess. AWWA Class D flange standard; ANSI, AWWA C228, C207, and MJ outlet options available. NBR gasket NSF 61/372 certified.
Mechanical Joint Outlet 4 – 48 in
Triple Tap with pre-installed Mechanical Joint outlet (NBR gasket, AWWA C111). Direct valve face to MJ flange face mounting eliminates gaps and ensures perfect cutter alignment. Slotted bolt holes for ease of installation. AIS / BABA available on request.
Threaded or Push Plug 4 – 24 in
Line stop sleeve compatible with common line stopping equipment. Engineered to withstand line stop process forces even during beam-break conditions. ANSI/ASME B16.5 Class 150# slip-on flange in 304 stainless or carbon steel. 3/4 in test outlet for hydrostatic verification.
Permanent Line Stop Closure 4 – 12 in
Type H end equipment interface line stop completion plug for permanent closure of Triple Tap line stop sleeves. Ductile iron construction per ASTM A536. Designed to fit common line stopping equipment for clean retrieval after the line stop operation.
Universal 304SS Saddle 2 – 48 in
Universal Type 304 stainless service saddle for service line tapping. Works on DIP, CIP, PVC, AC, steel, and HDPE in one product — cuts saddle inventory by over 70%. Patented Cam Lug System (US Patents 9,970,584 / 10,544,894). Insulating boot on 10 in and larger.
CTS & IPS Hot Tap 3/4 – 6 in
Hot tapping saddles for service connections on copper tubing size (CTS) and iron pipe size (IPS) mains. NBR or EPDM gaskets. CTS configurations cover residential service mains; IPS configurations handle commercial and industrial service taps.
Carbon Steel Coated Bolts 3 – 48 in
The base Quick-Cam configuration. Stainless steel band, ductile iron lugs, fluoropolymer-coated carbon steel bolts. Extended-range gaskets cover 0.9 in OD range. Available in 7-1/2, 10, 12, 15, 20, 24, 30, and 36 in clamp widths for spanning longer pipe damage.
CC or NPT Branch 4 – 12 in
Repair clamp with integrated branch outlet — restores the main and adds a service tap in one fitting. Outlet sizes 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1-1/2, and 2 in. Both CC (corp stop) and NPT (industrial) thread configurations available. The largest variant family in the line at 617 SKUs.
Stainless Bolts 3 – 48 in
Ductile lug Quick-Cam with stainless steel hardware (HDW). The middle-tier upgrade for corrosive soils, brackish water table, or coastal Gulf Coast service where carbon steel bolt corrosion is the long-term failure mode. AIS / BABA available on request.
Full Stainless Construction 3 – 48 in
Full stainless Quick-Cam — 304 stainless band, lugs, bolts, nuts, washers. The premium spec for sewer service, brackish water table, hot soils, brine-affected soil, or any application where long-term corrosion resistance is the controlling design factor.
Stainless Repair Clamp + Service Outlet
Full stainless construction with integrated CC or NPT branch outlet. Combines emergency repair, service connection, and full-stainless corrosion resistance in a single fitting. The largest Quick-Cam variant family at 706 SKUs — sized to cover virtually any pipe OD and outlet combination.
Pre-Configured Emergency Response 2 – 54 in
Pre-built emergency response kit — Quick-Cam repair clamp in 12, 15, or 24 in clamp width sized for the most common main break failures. Configured for distribution maintenance trucks and on-call response crews. Stock these in advance — you don't size during the call-out.
Service Abandonment Repair 4 – 16 in
Specialty wide-width repair clamp (9 in or 15 in) designed for sealing over abandoned corp stops that cannot be removed cleanly. 3 in or 4 in outlet covers the full corp stop housing. Replaces the labor-intensive cutout-and-replace approach for abandoning a service line.
Wide Range Bell Joint Repair 2 – 48 in
Wide-range encapsulation sleeve for permanent repair of bell-and-spigot joints, complete pipe failures, and longitudinal cracks where a short-band repair clamp won't span the damage. Stainless construction; covers DIP and CIP OD ranges in matched pairs at the larger sizes.
Service Line Compression Fittings 1/2 – 2 in
Galvanized steel compression fittings and male adapters for service line work — the volume side of the Dresser water service portfolio. Long-body seal-only configurations 1/2 in through 2 in. Brass-armored conductive Buna N gaskets standard.
